-RM50 + RM20 + RM1.50 = RM71.50
Meaning that we can SMS up to RM71.50 / 0.10sen = 715 SMS BUT!!
We spend RM50 only.. so, RM50 / 715sms = 7cents/sms
So overall rate Tone Excel is NOT EXPENSIVE
